Installation Guarantee
Floor protection and PPE will be used while all work is completed in your home. We have your home covered if any damage occurs during installation to your walls, floor, furniture, carpet, and even your landscaping. Damaged property will be repaired or replaced.
Clean Coil Guarantee
When a system is equipped with one of our approved air media whole home filters, we have your coil covered up to $500 toward cleaning. (Annual service is required for up to 10 years of coverage.)
Pay for Itself Guarantee
The new system we have installed will save you money. An estimated cost savings Seer Calculation as part of your estimate. If your cost savings do not reflect the amount on the estimate, we will write you a check for 110% of what you did not save during the first year of operation. (Valid on Heritage, Premier, Ultimate Levels)
Your Comfort Guarantee
We guarantee that the system(s) we have installed in your home will heat and cool as designed using CoolCal. If the temperature range that we have designated is not achieved, we will replace your system(s) with no hassle.
Inconvenience Guarantee
If your equipment breaks down during the first year and leaves you without cooling or heating, if we are not there within 48 hours, we will hand-deliver a check to you for $400.
