Air Star has been servicing my system in the spring and fall for the past few years, and I’ve had nothing but great experiences. I’m a Star member, and when my capacitor went out in the middle of the night in August (something the tech had recommended replacing four months earlier, which I declined), the owner himself came out to fix it. A classy company with knowledgeable technicians. I highly recommend their Star membership for the two included tune-ups per year, along with the other perks that come with it.

Excellent! I’m saving their number. We called them this morning when our A/C stopped working, and they were able to send someone out by 10:30! He was quick, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He got our A/C working in about 10 minutes (he replaced the capacitor). He was also very nice and pleasant. Bravo—5 stars!

Alan came out the same day I called, which was fantastic. He was very respectful and explained each step along the way, which I really appreciated. Alan repaired a contactor and fuse, and also installed two surge protectors. I recommend anyone using this company sign up for their maintenance plan—they service your unit twice a year.

He asked thoughtful, specific questions to understand my needs and how I wanted to address them. Alan efficiently diagnosed the problem and provided a very fair quote right away. One word: amazing. We were switching our old thermostat to a Nest and ended up shorting a fuse on the wall panel. We called everyone to come out, but it was a Sunday night—11 PM. Then Billy called and said he was in the area and could come right away. He was a godsend. He came in, quickly identified the issue, and had our Nest working and the house cooling again in no time. We will definitely be using them for regular tune-ups and couldn’t recommend them more highly. Amazing customer service—they even called the next day to make sure everything was perfect. Texas summers are bearable thanks to Billy and the team!
